Thai-registered companies face a structured compliance calendar year-round. Every month, you must file VAT returns (PP.30), withholding tax on payments to individuals and juristic persons (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53), and social security contributions for all employees. At year-end, audited financial statements prepared under Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) must be submitted to the Department of Business Development (DBD), alongside your annual corporate income tax return (PND.50) to the Revenue Department. Missing any of these deadlines carries surcharges and penalties — we manage the entire compliance calendar so nothing is missed.
